The apartment, within the secure Balmoral complex, sleeps 6 and comprises a luxurious main bedroom (with double bed and beautiful en-suite bathroom ) , the second bedroom also with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single bunk beds. The main bedroom has a door which walks out on the balcony, with stunning views of Table mountain and the Atlantic ocean.
The beautifully sunny lounge leads out to the balcony with a built-in barbecue. The lounge consists of a TV, DSTV decoder and Ipod/CD player/radio combination. The second bathroom is equipped with a bath and a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all self-catering appliances including an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. The open plan layout of the kitchen flows into the dining and lounge area.
The apartment is in close proximity of various vibrant restaurants and pubs in the Blaauwberg, West Beach and Atlantic Beach area and Eden on the Bay.
Shopping and leisure activities such as golf, water sports, casino's, ice skating and much more are only a short drive away and the apartment is well situated for a visit to the Cape Wine lands, the unspoilt beauty of the West Coast and Cape Town itself, with the V&A Waterfront and various shopping malls.
Smoking is restricted to the balcony and regrettably no pets are allowed.
A daily cleaning service is also available on request.
Access to the beach (+/- 500m) is via a private gate and a swimming pool is in the secure communal area within the complex
